Aber falls is easily accessible by the frequent bus - 5/5D which travels between Llandudno/ Conwy /Bangor/Caernarfon , just ask driver where to get off. There are returns and day tickets available. It depends whether you are going for the day or longer as to where you go to by train and the relevant costs. The nearest option would be Conwy but it could be much nearer to the English border if you got bus day tickets and saver on train tickets - there is no one easy answer..
