For anyone who has visited here in 2021- my friend needs to know: how easily can a person get around at this center in a wheelchair or rolling mobility device? Are most of the walking areas paved or low packed gravel? Anything you can share will help.

Most areas are paved and wheelchair accessible. Some spots are hilly, requiring some strength to push a wheelchair, but this should not limit your interest and ability to visit.
