CLEANING RATES are based according to the number of people staying AND ARE NOT INCLUDED in your quote. For new reservations the cleaning fee is 1-2 guest $75; 3-4 guest $100; 5-6 guest $125; 7-8 guest $150; 9-10 guest $190 and 11 + guest a special quote is required. PET FEE: $75 for 1 pet. Second pet is additional $10. EXTRA GUEST over 2 people is $20.00 pn pp. The $140.00 is base rate for 2 people pn, after 2 people the site will add the additional fee per the number of people added over 2. WE are now handicap accessible. Please review photographs. FYI - INTERNET is NOT available. But we do have satellite DISH for all 3 TVs. CELL PHONE service - is not available where we are located, however 1/4 mile up the road you will get cell phone service. WE DO have a land line for local calls.
