Romford's Central Park Leisure Centre provides the local authority with a huge range of activities to choose from. As well as a 75-station state-of-the-art gym and its two swimming pools - in which our award-winning swimming lessons are hosted - there's also plenty of other things to do here. You can also unwind in our sauna, steam room and spa, take advantage of the four-court sports hall and have a game of badminton or table tennis and enjoy a huge range of different group exercise sessions. Childcare's not an issue, either, thanks to our superb creche facilities.
