Hi Deb, They have all types of trails here at Horsetooth from easy to strenuous. You might want to stop at the trails just east of the main entrance by the boat launch. They have some of the best trail maps I have seen for any park in the main visitors lot describing the trails, length, and difficulty. You can go there first and then decide if you want to head back to the other parking lot by lake. Just make sure to pay the $6.00 fee and don't leave any valuables in the open. Have fun!
Are any of the trails stroller friendly? We have a nice jogging stroller with decent tires.

You could go for a very steep hike up Tower Road. It will take you up to the top. It is a wide dirt road that many people jog up for the workout it offers due to it's steep incline. You'll be able to walk side by side or run if you like. You can also try going to Soderburg Trail at Horsetooth Mountain Park. That is also a wide trail/dirt road that winds upwards. Both are nice hikes or jogs.
