Dr. Zavala's interests capture a wide variety of patients, including those with low- and high-risk pregnancies, those who need reproductive care or contraception, and those with problematic gynecologic issues (abnormal uterine bleeding, vulvovaginal complaints, pain, etc.). Her special interests include chronic pelvic pain, endometriosis, vulvar dermatology and obesity's effects on pregnancy and gynecologic issues. When it comes to gynecologic surgery, she practices minimally invasive surgery to minimize pain and have patients "feeling back to normal" ASAP!
