We will be visiting from the US in April 2024 and want to be sure we get tickets for the night we need. How quickly do tickets sell out? Do we need to pay the additional fee for early access or will setting an alarm to book seats when the box office opens be good enough?

I wouldn't think you have to pay for early access. Just book when the box office first opens.

The Recreation ground parking is just £2 after 4pm and is less than mins away.

Hi - I would say it must depend on the play you are going to see. Certainly the one we saw (Measure for Measure) would have kept a 12 year old entertained.
