Is Thanksgiving a good time for hiking in Shawnee National Forest? We have a trip planned but now are worried about the weather there.

Weather is favorable if not raining. It's in the 50s today and sunny, which made for perfect hiking. I recommend wearing a good pair of comfortable hiking shoes. Hope you enjoy!
