Mix the garlic into the yoghurt, add salt to taste ... available in Asian supermarkets and online. The dumplings can be made in advance, then steamed just before guests arrive.
Then bind the dumplings with a combination of plain yoghurt and water ... airtight box or bag and freeze for up to 3 months. Always make the dumplings fresh.
Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce starts to thicken; then remove from heat and stir in the yogurt. Place the dumplings on a plate; then top with chicken mixture.
