I ordered cupcakes from Wegmans, Publix, and Walmart, and the cheapest ones were mostly a hit
With my daughter's 4th birthday coming up ... in the most vibrant colors compared to the ones from Wegmans and Publix. The kids loved the Walmart cupcake. The adults did not.
