The rainbow is a symbol of love and unity. Just as the diversity of colour is what gives the rainbow its beauty, so it is with our diversity as a people.

AS we commemorate our 58th Merdeka anniversary on Aug 31, let’s remind ourselves, our children and all who love Malaysia as our own, to truly know and honour our nation’s three great symbols.
