2012年6月22日 · First & foremost, it's either an '81 or '84 Abu Garcia 5500C baitcaster. And like most everything I own, It's been well used. It was in the attic for god knows how long, possibly since the mid 90's ('95-'97) until sometime last year when I tore it completely down, cleaned it, and re-lubricated every single moving part of this puppy.

I love the Premier's dual brakes, high drag test, and LIGHTWEIGHT! However, money is tight and I have rods in need of reels. I cannot justify spending over $175 on a reel anymore.

2018年4月16日 · If its Lew's vs Abu casting reels I go Lew's all day. Don't reel like their (lew's) spinning reels which is unfortunate. Much rather have a Diawa, Quantum, or Shimano Spinning reel. Tested out the Smoke reels, feels weird but once you fish it feels different. Have a sterling silver diawa tatula en route.
