I’d watch it because there are some characters that appear in the TYBW and it helps explain the gap between “I used Final Getsuga and lost my powers” to “I use this ability called ‘Fullbring’ to access my powers now”. Also, I’d say it’s the arc with the best anime adaption compared to previous arcs.

I would recommend watching it since it’s just more to the overall universe of bleach and can be appreciated. It’s a good cool down arc to chill you out and to save your energy for what happens in the last arc.

There’s also elements that will tie into Thousand Year Blood War that will confuse the shit out of anyone that skips the Fullbring Arc. Yes, you should watch it.

2014年8月18日 · I agree with most of your points, and yes, the fullbring arc deserves more credit. The main reason I personally disliked it, however, was the lack of characters who made the series what it is. Characters like rukia and renji didn't show until the end, and both of them deserve as much "screen" time as orihime or chad (especially rukia).

Especially the whole turn-everyone-against-Ichigo nonsense… it was emotional and weighty but it felt really contrived, given how fast Ichigo kept unlocking more Fullbring power. Still love it because it’s Bleach, but it’s at the bottom of canon arcs for me. I rate Bounts and Zanpakuto Rebellion higher than Fullbring arc.
