Atomos Shogun touch screen not working at DVinfo.net
2015年1月29日 · Hi, I just wondered if I'm missing something. I have a brand new Atomos Shogun, fresh out of the box. The touch screen worked briefly, though poorly, with it taking 2-3 taps on an icon to get it to work. Now, about five minutes in it has become 100% non-functional. The screen is not locked and I've cold booted it.

2019年5月19日 · Plugged into the Macbook is a thunderbolt 3 to HDMI adapter. I have an HDMI cable from the adapter into the Shogun, and another HDMI cable from the Shogun to an LED display or projector. I want audio to pass through the system. If I play music or video from the laptop, I can see the audio meters moving on the Shogun, and I can record it.

2023年3月5日 · Even if your Shogun won't see the SSD it will generally see the firmware update on the SSD as that process is triggered outside the Atomos OS, before it boots up. Even if you have the latest firmware, sometimes re-flashing it helps. Just make sure you pull the SSD once the firmware update has completed and the Shogun has shut down.

2017年2月25日 · Re: Atomos Shogun Inferno? Just did a quick web search and it seems that several sites have published the same info which I assume is regurgitated from an Atomos press release: 4-5 Weeks for the first firmware update, which will include Sony FS 100/120/200/240fps.

2021年2月2日 · Heard back from Atomos. I gave them 3 models, new Acer and Asus 1080 monitors and a 6 month old Epson 4K projector, all which support all camcorders HDMI out at any resolution. After 3 weeks of back and forth, including their requesting proof of purchase (though it was registered and they had my serial number) they gave me an RMA.

2013年7月21日 · 3) Check the Atomos Knowledge Base on their website. I recall seeing a post on Atomos’ forum about someone using a FS700 with the Samurai but I haven’t noticed anything about Ninja2. It might require a specific setting and, if so, information is likely in the Knowledge Base. 4) If you can’t get it working be sure to contact Atomos Support.

2024年8月1日 · Atomos simply decided to cheap out on providing the adapter and (from reviews and their page) , they just threw in a usb c cable . Logic dictates, '' hey use a usb c charger ! But as I said, i read in a few places that chargers are for charging and will not provide continuous safe power like a adapter .

2014年12月10日 · The Odyssey will also require the YAGH for 4K recording from the GH4, while the Shogun will be able to use a simple microHDMI to HDMI cable, like the great spiraled ones Atomos sells. However, the FS700 is a unique beast in that it does not output a compatible 4K signal over SDI.

2017年5月24日 · So that just leaves the HDMI cable. Now the only HDMI –A to HDMI-C cable I have to hand is a $20ish cable. It claims to be 2.0 and 3D ;o). I note that the Atomos HDMI cable for the Shogun is $100!!! Before I spend any more money, could somebody just sanity check me here and confirm that the Shogun is indeed compatible with the 5D mk3?
