2022年6月17日 · I bumped up the volt of the dc mode to 3.24 and the fan came back to life. Now, windows boots up and my exhaust fan slows to a halt again. Fancontrol has it set to auto curve based on system temperature from 25% to 100% speed. Right now, I have the control of the exhaust fan in fancontrol offsetted by 2% so the fan comes to life now at 27%.

2021年12月26日 · The GPU fan goes super crazy in games and not only on Windows 11. To me AMD stuff doesn't seem to be super polished. Installing their GPU software solves the problem of fan going crazy, but leads to instability to the point where the graphics drivers crash irrecoverably and need to be reinstalled.

2021年12月13日 · IMO it's crapware with very few actually useful features. Easy fan control was one of them. It used to start several processes, hogging CPU cycle and battery. E.g. it randomly started using 5% CPU for AuraLightingWhateverCrap without even having RGB lights on Once I clean-installed Windows 11, I avoided it at all cost.

2022年4月22日 · Over the last few years I have looked for new fan control software 2 or 3 times and the only thing that really does what I need was speedfan, but I found it confusing to set up the first 2 times and ended up giving up and going back to MSI command centre which is horrible and nearly broke my PC.

My CPU cooler fan and rear 120mm fan are controlled via BIOS fan curves based on CPU temp. I think these 2 are the most important fans to control the speed of.
