I doubt it drops at WL1 and even if it did, the drop rate would be super low Also at WL1 your artifact sets literally don't matter. The most important thing is to make sure you're running atk% sands, atk% circlet, and elemental/phys/atk goblet. Crit is worse than attack until you hit AR45+.

2022年9月3日 · Gladiators is ATK% so that speaks for itself since a large number of characters like ATK%. For Wanderer’s, characters who do reaction based stuff like it. For example, Hu Tao with 2pc Wand/2pc Crimson is only slightly worse than 4pc Crimson, and so a 2/2 set with really good substats can sometimes beat a 4pc Crimson with bad substats.
