2024年4月27日 · The WFL snare butt is probably not original to the drum (as well as the strainer and diecast hoops). The round felt leads me to think 1968 (or later ). Before that, the felt pad was rectangular. But look inside for a date stamp. All my Ludwig drums (1969 - 1972) have date stamps inside the shell. Also, in '68, Ludwig switched to clear interiors.

Ludwig did sell bass drum, rack tom, snare combo's ..... so it's certainly not unusual that this is just a rack tom/bass drum (with Slingerland snare) combo. A sale is a sale, eh On a 22, 13 kit ..... the "proper" floor tom (center lug) would be a 15x12.

2011年10月27日 · I own two Ludwig kits and both are recent ; Ludwig legacy Classic Liverpool 4 and and a Ludwig Element SE in Citrus Mod. One kit made in Monroe and one kit overseas, both are perfect with no issues whatsoever. Every company will have the occasional blip that gets out.I also own a DW Jazz series kit and it too is perfect , no issues at all.

2015年5月27日 · Ludwig will sell to stores. Once Ludwig have sold something it's off their inventory, and they won't have any visibility. The only exception would be if Ludwig are selling on consignment. I'm happy to proved wrong if somebody knows how Ludwig operate, but I'd be surprised if Ludwig sell on consignment.
