What MSI apps programs do I need, what can I delete?
I downloaded the App Manager off the MSI website and downloaded all of the apps inside of it. I'm kind of confused because it seems like a few apps do the same things, such as "game mode" and overclocking. Can I just delete everything except for Control Center and still have all the options I need? I have an MSI B450 motherboard and MSI 2080 GPU.

The biggest thing is if you're not on a MSI laptop, there's not a whole lot of reason to use MSI center aside the RGB function. Nahimic Companion is an app that work alongside Nahimic 3 app. It helps us keep tracking the update about audio driver as well as the Nahimic version. I suggest u shouldn’t remove it cuz it is a system app and removing it can cause some trouble with your sound quality.

May 19, 2022 · I have MSI Companion, Mystic Light, Devices Speed Up, Super Charger and User Scenario installed. I've actually never seen MSI Companion work when launching it, I should uninstall it. Mystic Light enables finer control of LED's then in the mobo bios.

Nahimic Companion app got installed after a windows update
Nahh i been using nahimic since i first got my laptop. Been working solid. No problems with it. Nahimic came preinstalled with my laptop though. Also i have the intel 8th gen 6 core so i don't think such an app can effect performance of such a robust CPU😂 If you own an MSI i definitely recommend nahimic.

Nov 30, 2020 · I did all that above (as well as just straight up uninstalling the Nahmic app itself since I haven't used it for as long as I can remember) and the sound issues have stopped. Looks like the other problems are gone too, or at least haven't shown up yet. Nahmic Companion is bad business from what I can tell and I recommend everyone get rid of it.
