PAMA Pomegranate Flavored Liqueur
Muddle 2 tablespoons of simple syrup and 6 to 12 mint leaves. Fill glass with ice and add PAMA, rum and lime juice. Top with a splash of club soda.

Combine all ingredients except PAMA in a mixing glass, add ice and shake until chilled. Fill either a Collins or pint glass with ice. Strain cocktail into glass. Top with PAMA.
