2017年1月6日 · I am inclined to say that Petrificus Totalus does not negate this ability. The fact that you cannot attack Voldemort until all other villains are defeated is also stated in the Year 5 manual. Petrificus may negate the card wording, but it doesn't negate the instruction in the manual. Aside from that, it doesn't seem very thematic.
