2020年3月10日 · We have a MicroLite 21DS with the Murphy bed. I took out the sofa and closed off the openings to outside storage using cheap 1/8” plywood covered with wood grain contact paper. I purchased a cheap click-clack futon from “Wally World” online. It fits the space and the arms fold flat to increase the area of the nap bed.

2018年6月12日 · I just wanted to follow up on this. We got a 10" deep, short RV queen foam mattress from Amazon. Just installed it a week ago. It fits perfectly in our Mini Lite 1905 Murphy bed frame. Folds up nicely, plenty of clearance. And boy is it nice!!! (BTW. I think the 12" would have been tight but would fit too.)

2017年7月16日 · We have the Micro lite 1905. The Murphy bed sure makes a small trailer livable. Only problem we have is that if stuff on the built in night stands falls down, its a bear to retrieve. That area behind the head of the bed is truly a black hole. Going to fix that soon by puyting a raised edge on the night stands.

2020年1月1日 · This one I just used 3/16 " x 3/4" pop rivets in place of the screws plus added a few more for good measure. Our last trip took us over 12,000 miles on some the worse roads ever . And the bed held up 100%.....PS : I did remove bed to complete this task that should have been done at the factory !

It provides additional space during the day when the bed is stowed away as opposed to a regular bed that has a large permanent footprint. I wouldn't say it was a bother to set it up and to take it down, in that it only takes about a minute to do so.

2017年8月4日 · So you pull the strap towards you to unlatch..the other end of the latch looks like it goes almost all the way to the head of the bed. When you pull the strap, it pulls the latch back, unhooking it from the catch at the head of the bed. When you're putting the Murphy down, the latch automatically catches as the bed lowers.
