2009年1月1日 · Resorcin-fuchsin solution: Add 2 g of basic fuchsin (Sigma-Aldrich) and 4 g of resorcin (Sigma-Aldrich) to 200 mL of boiling dH 2 O. Add 25 mL of a 30% w/v aqueous ferric chloride and continue boiling for 2–5 min. Cool and filter. Dissolve the precipitate in 200 mL of warm 95% ethanol.
