It's a great fanmade touhou anime that's still in active creation, you can watch every episode on youtube, and they all have fandubbed versions.

2020年7月20日 · For me I feel like Summer Day Dream is probably the best in terms of actually feeling like a "Touhou anime" the atmosphere, the charm, the mostly laid back feel, the character personalities, the plot and the art style really makes it feel like it was an official Touhou manga that got adapted into an anime and is the one that I really enjoyed the most.

If you want to have a way to get into Touhou, the offical manga is the best bet. Both the anime, while not terrible, are better seen once you already know the characters well.
