2023年2月25日 · Blue Background on App Desktop Shortcuts The only way I have been able to figure out how to create app shortcuts so far with Windows 11 is to open the start menu, select "All Apps" in the top right, and drag the app to my desktop, except every time I do this there is a blue background behind the app I created a shortcut for.

2017年1月21日 · After clicking the icon to open an app, it now goes to an icon in an expanded box with blue line across the bottom (see open apps above: Display icon; Chrome icons). It didn't use to do that. Before this sudden change, an opened app just showed the icon only, with a blue line just under the icon...not an expanded box with a title as shown.
