This Osprey nest is at the mouth of the Hellgate Canyon near the edge of Missoula, Montana. It’s in a very busy location, right outside the Riverside Health Care Center and next to busy parking lots, a construction site, a busy highway, and a railroad.

This nest cam has been streaming since 2012 and features Rachel and Steve. Their nest is located atop a 30-foot tower on Hog Island, Maine. Ospreys mate for life, and Rachel and Steve find each other every spring after spending their winters apart in Central and South America.

Tom returned to the nest March 26 th, followed by a new female osprey on March 30 th. This new osprey laid anegg on April 28 th.Audrey returned the same day and removed the new Audrey and egg. The OG Audrey laid a clutch of eggs on May 14 th, 17 th and 20 th. A chick hatched on June 25 th while the other eggs were deemed nonviable. The lone chick was banded August 5 th and confirmed female.
