HOLD THE SUPPORT OF YOUR BACK ✨POSTURE! I always think of the posture in two layers. When your teacher says “bottom in” sometimes we sink into the lower back, then they say shoulder back and we stick the bottom out. All this can be difficult to master exactly the sensation.
