Ever since I turned 35, I've had inconsistent stomach issues and weird food sensitivities during different hormonal phases of the month. I was getting worried that the chronic inflammation would lead to something worse and my doctor kept dealing with the symptoms rather than figuring out the root so I started meeting with a dietian/ trainer. She did an inflammation test during our first session and I was surprised when the numbers were so high because I was at a good weight and was eating well.
