Sandwich de Pernil / Leftover Pernil sandwich 👌🏻*INGEDIENTES* : pernil de cerdo (leftover pork shoulder) : pan y queso de preferencia (bread and cheese ofyour choice) : mantequilla y ajo (butter and garlic) : perejil (parsley) : sazonador a gusto (seasoning to taste) : pepinillo, tomate y lechuga (pickled, lettuce and tomatoes) : mayo and ketchup Arrancamos preparando una mantequilla con ajo y calentamos el pernil para luego montar este rico sandwich y es cuestion de gustos yo le añadi tomates
