Staying at the ashram for some time of Service and Chanting Mantras. It’s amazing how little it takes to calm the mind and feel deep contentment. The more we take away material things the more the mind finds peace and joy. A little simple food, sleeping in a small room and doing work for others has some very profound effects on the subconscious and rewriting the past and creating a positive present.
